Wind Ventures is currently working on several projects in a variety of locations in England with a potential combined capacity in excess of 100MW.
Lincolnshire
A site to the south east of Lincoln will accommodate a wind farm of approximately 20MW. Grid connection study and environmental impact work is under way.
Worcestershire
A variety of sites in Worcestershire with approximate sizes of between 6MW and 16MW. All sites are currently undergoing feasibility studies and finalisation of land owner agreements.
Wiltshire
A site within a 10mile radius of Swindon, on which a wind farm of between 8MW and 12MW in capacity could be installed. Initial feasibility studies are underway.
Yorkshire
A site close to the national park with a capacity of circa 20MW. Initial feasibility studies are underway.
